Total Abdominal Hysterectomy -med students. Can someone tell me how its done.?

I'm a nursign sudent. i need t know how it is done, how exaclty it is done. I know that the uterus is removed I need to know that an incision is made in teh abdomen etc.-- cut through the ligaments or w/e. Can someone with this sort of knowledge please help! Its for a project I cannot find it anywhere.
