Is Winn-Dixie merging with Giant Eagle?

I live in South Florida and was in my neigborhood Winn-Dixie and noticed that my receipt said "Giant Eagle" at the top. I know that they are a large supermarket up north and was wondering why they would have that name on the receipts if they are still Winn-Dixie. Could those two supermarkets be merging?
