Is this Parental Kidnapping?

Ok, calm down. A lot of this depends on local law and whether or not you have filed any seperation of divorce papers. If you want an immediate answer, call your local police or sheriff department and ask them if it is ok for you to relocate out of state. Make it clear you will leave a contact address and phone number for the court and or law enforcement to contact you. That will take care of your immediate worries. After that you need to find some sort of victims advocacy group, the police may be able to give you some info on this, and let them know you fear for yourself, your daughter, and your unborn child. Many times groups will help pay for legal fees for divorce, child custody, and even safe relocation. If you have a lawyer, ask for their advice. Good luck with everything.
