Fastest way to dry out my phone?

Yeah so i just got home from work and went to go throw my pants into the washer and heard my phone in them like 3 seconds after they were dropped...the phone was submerged for like 3 seconds and now it wont work at all. Everything is frozen and it wont even shut off!! It is a Razor and right now is in 3 pieces drying off...do you think it will dry out...and what is the best position to lay it in so that it does?
