Sick all of the time!! Advice please! :-(?

Well if your neurologist says he/she thinks it is migranes, then more than likely that is what they are. Also if this doctor is moving out of state then I feel he has a responsibiliy to ure a continum of care prior to leaving. In other words should to refer you to another neurologist prior to him leaving. So call up his office and tell them that you would like to be refered to another doctor since your current doc is leaving. Also request that they go ahead and transfer your medical records to this new doctor as well. Then contact the new doctor's office and make an appointment. However if this is something that is impacting your quality of like and causing a lot of pain. Then it would also be okay to go to the emergency department. There they can at least prescribe you something until you see a new neurologist. Good Luck and hope you get to feeling better soon!
