If im cooking beef tips with cream of mushroom and beef broth in a crockpot, should i cook it on low or high?

Depends. If you cook it on low it will take about 8-10 hours. If you cook it on high it only takes 4-6 hrs. I think that's usually the rule of thumb when using a crock pot to cook something.
