I need help on my digi Casio Exilim camera?

Couples months ago my camera ran out of battery so i tried to charge it but it wont charge up :( So today i bought a new battery and thought it would solve the problem but it didn't. It still doesn't charge my camera. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
