Final Fantasy 8 Disc 2?

When I start Disc 2 I have no clue what to do. It starts out as Squall standing outside of Shumi Village. All I know is that on Disc 2 it's supposed to start out as the dream sequence with Laguna. What am I supposed to do to start the dream?
