Should the eight US attorneys fired by Gonzales be reinstated?

All U.S Attorneys serve at the will of the President so it really doesn't matter why the attorneys were fired. The firings were legal and not uncommon. And since when is the relationship between president, vice-president, and presidential advisor defined as a clique?
