Problem with my vista .exe files like iexplorer,realplayer etc the do not open ,?

i have vista as my operating system and i cannot open any of my programs like iexplorer,mozilafirefox,wmp etc.by mistake i have changed their default program to adobe reader and i dont know wat to do .by which program they will run .pls help me.
