Need to know movie Title?

Looking for movie that has children monsters in it. Contains Dracula, Frankenstein etc. as children about 9 years old. Movie made in the 80's. I believe the plot is there trying to save halloween. can't remember for sure . Remember when they go trick or treating with a normal kid who is trying to help them get back to there time era.
