My sony ericsson vivaz pro wont turn on or charge?

one day needed to get into my phone fast but it was dead, so i pulged in the changer and it was charging but i didn't see the little sign in the corner saying it was charging, so i clicked the off on but then the screen turned white, freaking out i poped out the battere and put it back in, and now it wont turn on or chage what do i do!? oh, i also cant find the usb changer cord any ideas?
