My baby has been crying all day?

She is 5 months old, and teething, we have given her teething tablets as well as baby Tylenol. This is the worst she has ever been, she is refusing to sleep and eat. She is hysterically crying, and has been for like 3 hours, She is has been crying off and on for like 10 hours. What can we do to calm her down
