I had a dream about an alien grey that was in my room does this mean I have been abducted?

its possible . Think about the day you had b4 u fell asleep. Were u thinking or doing anything alien related? Such as watching a show about aliens, or wondering what its like to be abductd? If so then its probably just a dream. If not and the dream seems completely random, then its likely they paid you a visit. Unless you start haveing these dreams more frequently, or you were in pain at sometime in the dream, then i wouldn't worry about it.
