I applied for a job, was rejected then called back...........?

I haven't really stepped into the workforce yet but if that's how they work then its very unprofessional. If its this bad now think of how bad it would be if you actually worked there. Its honestly your call but i wouldn't even bother if they are just going to play phone tag.
