It sound like you may be ADD too, I have the same problems as you (not the waiting for the last second part) but I always lose things or forget things, it's so annoying, I'm kind of depressed and have some anxiety, am bi-polar, what I do is take it one day at a time, try to get better everyday is a new beginning. Also every time I leave some place I stop and make sure I haven't forgot anything. Hope This Helps
