Fantasy Football Help?

Ok so I have 4 injured players on my fantasy football team, Joseph Addai, Kellen Winslow, Tony Scheffler, and Johnathon Stewart. Next week both of my healthy running backs (Forte and Pittman) have bye weeks. Also, my kicker (Matt Prater) and my backup tight end (Visanthe Shiancoe) have bye weeks. So i am hoping that one of my injured tight ends can play becuase then i can drop Shiancoe and add a running back. Then i still need another running back. I just cant wait on 4 injured players so i am wondering who i should drop or trade so that i can fill the bye week spots.
