Abaqus Fixed time increment is too large?

When i do the soil-pile interaction ysis, i always come across the error that Fixed time increment is too large, and in the warning, show that The plasticity/creep/connector friction algorithm did not converge at 18 points, could you tell me what's wrong with my model??
